AS Roma can confirm that full-back Rick Karsdorp has joined Feyenoord on a season-long loan deal.

The full-back, 24, rejoins the Dutch club until 30 June 2020.

Karsdorp joined Roma in the summer of 2017, although injuries disrupted his first season in the capital. In total he has made 15 appearances for the club to date.

The Netherlands international previously made over 100 appearances for Feyenoord in a three-season spell between 2014 and 2017, helping the club win the Eredivisie title in 2017.

The club would like to wish Rick the best of luck for his season in Rotterdam.
