Coach Paulo Fonseca has named a 22-man squad for Sunday's Serie A game against Sassuolo - although Chris Smalling will have to wait to make his Roma debut.

The on-loan defender is absent from the list for the game at the Stadio Olimpico (kick-off: 18:00 local time) with a minor groin problem.

However, Nikola Kalinic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan could both be in line to make their first appearances for the club.
