The Czech Republic international will lead the line alone for Eusebio Di Francesco's side for the first time this season, with Edin Dzeko on the substitutes' bench.

Elsewhere, Justin Kluivert starts once again after his fine performance against CSKA Moscow in midweek - as Stephan El Shaarawy returns to the starting XI.
