La Liga's Sevilla are looking for a midfielder to replace the recently departed Steven Nzonzi. The Spanish club have now gone back to Roma (where Nzonzi was sold) to ask for French defensive midfielder Maxime Gonalons. Negotiations are underway between the two parties and the club is expecting the player's acceptance for the transfer.

In addition, Sevilla has also made contacts with Torino for M'Baye Niang, the 23-year old Senagalese international.
