Despite some tough competition at his position, Stephan El Shaarawy is determined to have a season as a protagonist at Roma. The former Milan and Padova striker spoke to Sky Sport about his role on Di Francesco's squad:"I'm happy here and I don't think of leaving, I spoke to the club and the manager, I'm serene and happy to stay at Roma. On a great team it's normal to have a lot of competition, but this has never been a problem. I have lived through similar situations in the past, it's our job. The club knows what I want, when there was something to say I always did so serenely. By same token I know what the club wants, the transfer rumors weren't a problem, although they weren't true"
