Alessandro Florenzi has overcome his illness to start for Roma against Shakhtar Donetsk in Wednesday's Champions League clash in Kharkiv.

The Italy international takes his place at right-back in the side, despite missing training yesterday after suffering from a virus.

Daniele De Rossi captains the side at Metalist Stadion, while both Diego Perotti and Kevin Strootman come into the side after being substitutes against Udinese at the weekend.
