Gregoire Defrel will miss Saturday's game against his former club Sassuolo after suffering a minor setback in training.

Defrel has been left out of the squad for final game of 2017, after coach Eusebio Di Francesco revealed on Friday that the forward had suffered a kick to the same knee he recently injured - a problem that would keep him out of the meeting with the Neroverdi.

Defrel's place in the squad is taken by Primavera forward Mirko Antonucci.

Saturday's game at the Stadio Olimpico gets underway at 15:00 CET.
