Coach Eusebio Di Francesco has made three changes to the team that beat Bologna for Wednesday's Champions League clash against Chelsea.

Aleksandar Kolarov, Radja Nainggolan and Diego Perotti all come into the side, with Kostas Manolas only fit enough for a place on the bench after recently recovering from injury.

Daniele De Rossi captains the side, on his 50th appearance (excluding play-off matches) in the competition.
